OUR APPROACH

Envisioning Phase This phase starts off with an introductory meeting. The vision/scope of the project or Web site is approved and signed off on. Planning Phase This phase is where we analyze your company's current situation and discuss your requirements for a Web site. From there, we develop a strategy. We then go through several rounds of review sessions to determine the final layout and features of the project. The project plan is approved and signed off on. Development Phase This phase is where we analyze the current Web site specifications and make minor modifications to the plan for developing the project. We will then create many iterations of the project for you to review, through a process of three additional phases:  Alpha Phase - Some functionality is available, 75% of the project is complete. Beta Phase - Most of the functionality is there, layout and graphics may be missing, extensive unit testing is done, 90% of the project is complete. Implementation Phase - The project is 100% functional. Stabilization Phase This phase includes the final preparations for the project or Web Site. Scalability testing is performed, along with production environment set-up. The finished project is then launched.
