If
you are not satisfied with your Shared Web Hosting package for any reason,
you may cancel your account within thirty (30) days of your account
creation date and receive a FULL refund of the monthly service charge
associated with your account.
All
cancellation and refund requests must be made by the credit card holder
for the account, and shall be effective upon receipt by MicroElements.
Refunds will NOT include any other charges incurred by customer such as
set-up fees, domain name registration fees, and additional service charges
(including additional monthly data transfer, additional disk space,
additional e-mail boxes, domain aliasing fees, merchant account fees,
Internet credit card transaction fees, etc).
